Goodwill Industries SELA in River Ridge, LA is hiring a Retail Associate. You will support the retail store’s daily operations, assist donors and customers, operate the cash register, maintain backroom and sales floor stock, and uphold cleanliness and safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior work in service industry preferred but not required.
• Retail training may be provided.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register, receive payments and record sales.
• Sort and hang garments, ensuring quality and proper display.
• Move merchandise from back room to sales floor and restock as needed.
• Maintain clean, hazard-free workstations and rotate store merchandise.
• Greet donors, issue receipts and assist customers with information.
• Follow store policies, attend scheduled shifts and support safety procedures.
