Qualifications

• Must be able to interact cordially with a variety of people.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.
• Must be able to lift and carry objects up to 50 lbs.
• Retail training is required.
• High school diploma or GED preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process purchases.
• Sort, hang and price garments and equipment for display.
• Restock merchandise on the sales floor as needed.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free store environment and housekeeping duties.
• Greet donors, assist with donations and issue receipts.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; attend shifts as scheduled.
• Monitor store security and report suspicious activity.
