The position emphasizes customer service, dependable attendance, and willingness to learn retail procedures while complying with safety guidelines and company policies. Training is provided.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED preferred, but not required.
• Prior work experience in service industry preferred but not required.
• Must successfully complete Retail training.
• Must read, write and communicate clearly in English.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register and process sales and transactions.
• Sort and hang garments and prepare for display.
• Restock and arrange merchandise on floor.
• Ensure clean, hazard-free store and backroom organization.
• Greet donors and assist with donations and receipts.
• Follow company policies and attend scheduled shifts.
