Job summary

ALDI USA in Bloomington, IN is seeking a store associate to help with merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service and work with the ALDI team to maintain a clean, efficient store.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with annual increases to $19.50, $20.00, and $21.00. Full-time role averages 30+ hours weekly, with benefits for eligible employees including health, 401(k), and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Ability to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and POS system.
• Ability to follow store policies and procedures.
• Ability to communicate effectively, verbally and in writing.

Responsibilities
