Qualifications

• Must be able to provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate all store equipment such as cash registers, floor scrubber, etc.
• Must be able to work independently and with others.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Inform management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Use the POS system to scan and process purchases and report scanning issues.
• Adhere to cash policies and procedures.
• Follow line policy and open additional check lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
• Stock shelves and displays neatly per merchandising planograms.
