Job summary

ALDI USA store associate role involves merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store looking its best while delivering outstanding customer service. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to enhance the customer shopping experience and adhere to safety standards.

Starting wage is $18.50 per hour with planned increases to $19.00, $19.50, and $20.50 over the coming years. Full-time benefits include health coverage, retirement plans, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• Prompt and courteous customer service skills are required.
• Able to operate store equipment including POS systems and cash registers.
• Able to follow store policies and maintain accuracy in duties.

Responsibilities

• Merchandise and stock products to planograms and maintain neat shelves.
• Cashiering, operating POS, and ensuring accurate checkout procedures.
• Assist with curbside pickup and maintain cleanliness and safety standards.
• Inform management of loss or damaged products and assist with incidents.
• Support store management in achieving efficiency and loss goals.
