Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a dedicated store associate to merchandise, stock, cashier, and keep the store clean. You will work collaboratively with the ALDI team to deliver exceptional customer service and adhere to company policies.

The role features a starting wage of $19.50 per hour, with opportunities for wage increases over time, and typically 30+ hours per week in a full-time schedule. Responsibilities include operating the POS, opening additional lanes, stocking shelves, fulfilling curbside

Qualifications

• Must provide prompt and courteous customer service.
• Ability to operate store equipment such as cash registers and pallet jacks.
• Ability to understand and apply ALDI policies and procedures.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Merchandising and stocking products, cashiering, and cleaning.
• Open additional check lanes as needed for efficient checkout.
• Follow cash policies and POS procedures.
• Stock shelves and displays per merchandising planograms.
• Complete curbside pickup orders accurately and timely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and safety, and assist management with goals.
