Marshalls within The TJX Companies, Inc. is hiring to deliver a highly satisfied customer experience. You will engage with customers, follow store policies, and help keep a clean, organized shopping environment.

You’ll support merchandising, assist in operations, promote credit and loyalty programs, and work with teammates to meet safety and loss-prevention standards. The role requires flexibility and the ability to lift and move items as needed.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Able to respond to changes and unexpected situations.

Responsibilities

• Role models established customer experience practices with internal and external customers.
• Supports and embodies a positive store culture through honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Rings customer purchases/returns and counts change back to customer per procedures.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and processes merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and maintains store cleanliness and safety standards.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and loss prevention programs.
• Other duties as assigned.
