Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, is seeking a Retail Associate Manager in Cocoa, FL. You will drive sales, lead the team, and manage store operations to meet performance goals while representing the T-Mobile brand.

You will partner with the RSM, recruit and coach staff, and ensure excellent customer service. This development role prepares you for future store management opportunities within Wireless Vision.

Formación

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or similar customer-focused environment.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsabilidades

• Primary point of contact for the store in the absence of the RSM, covering sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with the RSM to recruit and coach team members to build a high-performing store.
• Coach and inspire the sales team to meet monthly goals and maintain brand standards.
• Plan and conduct store meetings for launches and updates on company changes.
• Work with RSM on local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Oversee inventory management, cash handling, and store-level audits.
• Ensure merchandising standards and store appearance are maintained.
• Perform additional tasks as assigned by management.
