Job summary

Wireless Vision is seeking a Retail Associate Manager in Shelby Township, MI to lead a store team, drive sales, and deliver exceptional customer experiences while representing the T-Mobile brand.

You will develop and mentor staff, manage store operations, and strive for monthly performance goals. This development role leads toward a Retail Store Manager position with emphasis on merchandising, inventory control, and customer service excellence.

Qualifications

• Strong customer focus with 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to relocate within the assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Primary contact for store in the absence of the RSM, covering sales, operations and people processes.
• Coach and develop team members to build a high performing unit.
• Execute on local store merchandising and planogram resets to maintain standards.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and key operational metrics daily/monthly.
• Support store meetings, launches and marketing initiatives with the RSM.
