Job summary

Wireless Vision in Ferndale, MI seeks a Retail Associate Manager to lead a store team and drive sales through exceptional customer service. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, coach staff, manage store operations, and work toward monthly performance goals.

This development role prepares you to become a Retail Store Manager. You will collaborate with the RSM, recruit and train top talent, ensure merchandising standards, handle inventory and cash, and participate in local store marketing

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1-2 years of management experience in retail or another customer-focused environment.
• Willingness and ability to relocate to any store within their assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods (up to 9 hours) and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Retail RAM is the primary contact for the store in the absence of the RSM.
• Partner with the RSM to recruit and coach top talent.
• Coach and inspire the sales team to meet monthly goals.
• Lead store meetings for launches and company updates.
• Collaborate on local store marketing initiatives to generate new business.
• Ensure store merchandising, audits, and compliance with policies.
• Oversee inventory and cash operations and other key metrics.
