Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer, seeks a Retail Associate Manager in Mill Creek, WA to drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will guide the team, manage store operations, and position the RAM as a stepping stone to a Retail Store Manager role.

In this development role, you’ll partner with the RSM, coach staff, and execute local store marketing while ensuring audits and merchandising standards are met and customer satisfaction remains high.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of retail management experience.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Able to stand for up to 9 hours and lift 25 pounds.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for store in the absence of the RSM, including sales, operations and people processes.
• Recruit and coach the team to build a high performing unit.
• Inspire the sales team to meet monthly goals with integrity.
• Plan and conduct store meetings for launches and updates.
• Collaborate on local store marketing initiatives to solicit new business.
• Oversee back-end processes and customer-facing initiatives for audit compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards including planogram resets.
• Handle store functions in line with Wireless Vision policies and procedures.
• Manage daily and monthly inventory and cash procedures.
