Job summary

Wireless Vision in Alameda, CA is seeking a Retail Associate Manager to lead store operations and drive customer experience. You will represent the T-Mobile brand, motivate the team, manage daily sales and inventory, and support local marketing initiatives.

The RAM role is a development path toward a Retail Store Manager, requiring 1–2 years of retail leadership, a flexible schedule, and strong communication. Bilingual is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• 1-2 years of retail management experience or equivalent customer-focused leadership.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the retail store in the absence of the RSM, overseeing sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with the RSM to recruit and coach talent to build a high-performing team.
• Coach and inspire the sales team to meet monthly goals.
• Participate in store meetings for launches and keep staff updated on company changes.
• Work with the RSM on local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Manage back-end processes and ensure audits compliance.
• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards, including planogram resets.
• Assist with all retail store functions in compliance with Wireless Vision policies.
• Manage inventory and cash and other key metrics.
• May handle additional tasks or projects as assigned.
