Job summary

Wireless Vision, a T-Mobile Premium Retailer in Chesapeake, seeks a Retail Associate Manager to lead sales, operations and people processes on a full-time basis. The RAM role develops team members and prepares candidates for future Retail Store Manager positions.

You will drive customer experience and store profitability, coordinating with the RSM and ensuring audits, merchandising, and daily operations run smoothly in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for store in the absence of the RSM for sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with the RSM to recruit top talent and coach/develop team members.
• Coach and inspire to guide sales team toward monthly goals.
• Plan and execute store meetings for launches and company updates.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Maintain store appearance, merchandising standards and audit compliance.
• Assist with inventory and cash management and other operational metrics.
