Wireless Vision in Delray Beach, FL is hiring a Retail Associate Manager to drive sales, motivate the team, and enhance the customer experience. You will manage daily operations, support store performance, and prepare for growth into a Retail Store Manager role.

The RAM position requires a focus on leadership, operations, and customer service, with opportunities for advancement within the T-Mobile Premium Retailer network. Strong communication and adaptability are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years of management experience in retail or customer-focused environment.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Willingness to relocate within assigned market.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Bilingual preferred in certain locations.
• Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• RAM serves as primary point of contact when RSM is absent, covering sales, operations and people processes.
• Partner with RSM to recruit, coach and develop team for a high-performing store.
• Coach and inspire sales team to meet monthly goals with integrity.
• Participate in store meetings for launches and keep team updated on company changes.
• Assist with local store marketing initiatives to attract new business.
• Ensure store merchandising, policy compliance and back-end processes are maintained.
• Manage inventory, cash handling and other key operational metrics.
