Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows cash handling procedures.
• Educates customers about Goodwill programs and directs higher-level questions to staff.
• Maintains a clean, organized sales floor and purges/re-stocks as needed.
• Assists with various roles (Cashier, Textiles/Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce/e-Books Producer, Rack/Cart Runner) as required.
• Loads and unloads items; operates pallet jack and conveyor equipment when needed.
• Supports backroom organization and daily production tracking for efficiency.
