The Goodwill Legacy Group is hiring a Retail Associate in Kokomo, IN. This role supports store management across cashiering, donation processing, textiles and wares production, and eCommerce activities to reach daily targets.

Full-time position with a base hourly wage of $11. The job requires the ability to lift 10-50 pounds, long hours on the sales floor, and strong customer service skills to educate shoppers about Goodwill programs.

Qualifications

• No degree required (NONE!).
• Ability to learn store operations and policies.
• Strong interpersonal skills to educate customers and assist teammates.

Responsibilities

• Operate as a cashier and follow cash-handling procedures.
• Assist in stocking, merchandising, and maintaining clean sales floor.
• Assist in donation processing and door operations as needed.
• Support eCommerce and in-store processes to meet store goals.
