Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Retail Associate to support store operations in Indianapolis. The role encompasses cashier duties, donation intake, textiles and wares preparation, and eCommerce support within a busy retail environment.

Candidates should be comfortable with fast-paced tasks, focus on customer service, and maintain attention to detail while collaborating with the store team.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer following cash procedures
• Provides information about Goodwill programs and directs higher-level questions
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and purges/merchandises as needed
• Sorts and prepares textiles or wares to quality standards and updates daily production sheets
• Accepts donations, sorts products, and keeps the donation door organized
• Develops eCommerce and eBooks workflows to support ClickGoodwill and inventory management
• Keeps stock organized and updates production tracking sheets
