Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Retail Associate in Indianapolis to support store operations, cashiering, donation processing, and eCommerce activities. The role covers multiple duties across the shop floor and backroom with strong emphasis on accuracy and customer service.

You will learn roles such as Cashier, Textiles or Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, eCommerce Producer, e-Books Producer, and Rack or Cart Runner, with full-time hours and an hourly rate of $13.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders, maintains a balanced drawer, and follows all cash handling procedures and protocols.
• Provides general information about Goodwill programs and educates customers; directs higher-level questions appropriately.
• Maintains cleanliness of the sales floor and manages purging, sizing, racks, and merchandise.
• Sorts products for quality, labels, hangs textiles or wares, and tracks daily production.
• Develops eCommerce merchandising and packs totes for ClickGoodwill, meeting store budgets.
• Scans and packs books for ClickGoodwill and manages a clean, organized in-store display.
• Checks racks/carts for quality, merchandises properly, and updates the production tracking sheet.
