Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana is seeking a Retail Associate at our Carmel, IN location. The role supports store operations by performing cashier duties, textile/wares production, donation processing, and eCommerce tasks as needed.

You will handle transactions, assist customers with program information, and help maintain an organized, clean sales floor while learning several roles to support team goals.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Maintains cleanliness and presentation of the sales floor.
• Sorts products, tags and ensures quality for textiles and wares.
• Accepts donations and manages the donation door operations.
• Develops eCommerce packing, tagging and shipping tasks.
• Scans and displays rack or cart items to maximize sales.
