Goodwill of Central and Southern Indiana is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Marion, IN. The role supports store management and assists in various capacities to hit site goals, with duties ranging from cashiering to eCommerce packing and donation processing.

This position offers an hourly rate of $11 and opportunities to learn multiple roles, including textiles/wares production, eBooks production, and rack/cart running, in a busy retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Rings up customer orders and maintains a balanced drawer.
• Directs higher-level questions to the appropriate associate or manager.
• Maintains cleanliness and order on the sales floor and backroom.
• Accepts donations and sorts products for appropriate areas.
• Operates equipment as needed to move and stock items.
