Job summary

Goodwill of Central & Southern Indiana, Inc. is seeking a Retail Associate to support store operations and help achieve financial and service goals. The role spans multiple functions including cashier, donation processing, eCommerce, and in-store merchandising.

You will work with a team to provide excellent customer service, maintain organization, and ensure safe handling of merchandise in a busy retail setting. This position requires physical stamina and reliable scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Assist store management in achieving operational goals.
• Act as Cashier, Textiles/ Wares Producer, Donation Door Attendant, and various producers as needed.
• Support eCommerce and e-Books operations and ensure proper packing and shipping of items.
• Maintain a clean, organized sales floor and assist customers with inquiries and transactions.
• Move and handle goods safely, including pallet jacks and conveyors as required.
