Job summary

ALDI USA is seeking a store associate to merchandise and stock products, cashier, and keep the store clean while delivering excellent customer service.

You will rely on teamwork, operate the POS system, and adhere to cash policies to ensure fast, accurate checkout and a positive shopping experience for every customer.

Starting wage is $19.00 per hour with scheduled increases and full-time benefits including health, retirement, and vacation time.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18+ years old required.
• Retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills all customer service principles and escalates concerns to store management as necessary.
• Informs store management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Properly utilizes the POS system to scan and process purchases and reports scanning concerns or errors.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes for efficient checkout.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following merchandising planograms.
