Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a part-time Retail Associate in Covington, GA to sort and grade donated goods and stock the sales floor. A positive, guest-focused attitude and ability to work in a fast-paced environment are essential.

You will assist customers, process transactions, and maintain displays while following safety procedures. A High School Diploma or GED and good English communication are preferred.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail oriented in fast-paced environment.
• Able to work independently or in a team environment.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and promote brand while assisting shoppers.
• Transition products to sales floor with accuracy and urgency.
• Execute visual merchandising strategies.
• Upsell merchandise and round up during transactions.
• Handle point of sale transactions with guests.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Follow safety and security practices.
