Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring for a team member responsible for processing donated goods and assisting guests in a fast-paced retail environment. You will help prepare items for sale, maintain clean shelves, and support a positive guest experience across our Athens-area stores.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED preferred.
• Must be 18+ to operate forklift (16–17 not allowed).
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and in a team.
• Detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
• Able to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and maintain a guest-friendly culture.
• Display a professional, patient, 'people first' attitude.
• Transition product to the sales floor with attention to detail.
• Execute and maintain visual merchandising strategies.
• Assist with upsell and round-up during transactions.
• Handle point of sale transactions accurately.
• Identify and quickly solve problems and seek management support.
• Communicate effectively with management and guests.
• Promote teamwork with peers.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area.
• Adhere to safety and security practices and trainings.
• Attend required trainings and meetings.
