Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is seeking a Retail Associate to examine and grade donated goods for our stores, ensuring items are prepared for sale in a fast-paced environment. You will follow standard operating procedures and contribute to an engaging guest experience.

The role emphasizes teamwork, accurate POS handling, and safety, with opportunities for growth through training and collaboration across locations. Weekly pay and benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Must have good oral and written communication skills in English.
• Detail oriented with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment.
• Must be 18 years or older to operate a forklift.

Responsibilities

• Thoroughly examine and grade donated goods to sell in stores.
• Process goods in an accelerated manner to meet production goals.
• Meet safety procedures and packaging standards.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and organized work area and sales floor.
• Assist guests, greet customers, and upsell where appropriate.
