Job summary

Goodwill of North Georgia is hiring for a retail support role focused on grading donated goods and preparing them for sale in our stores. You will help process donations, maintain merchandising standards, and support a guest-friendly shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Clear verbal and written English communication

• Able to operate a forklift only if 18+ years old but not otherwise required

Responsibilities

• Greet guests and uphold a friendly, brand-focused culture
• Present a professional, patient, people-first attitude
• Move products efficiently to the salesfloor with care
• Assist with visual merchandising and display standards
• Suggest and upsell merchandise during transactions
• Accurately handle point-of-sale transactions
• Identify issues and escalate to management when needed

• Follow training playbooks, e-learning, and instructions
• Keep the work area clean, neat, and organized
• Adhere to safety and security practices; report hazards
