Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Retail or hospitality experience preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games and events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Make recommendations based on observations and conversations with fans.
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain high standards of professionalism and representation of the Fanatics brand.
• Collaborate with team to deliver a top-notch fan experience and support events.
