Job summary

Fanatics is seeking a Retail Associate to deliver fan-focused service and drive sales across our Fanatics operations. You will greet fans, make product recommendations, process transactions with the Fanatics POS, and maintain store standards during home games and events.

This role requires strong communication and teamwork, a reliable attendance record, and the ability to stand for long periods while lifting up to 25 pounds.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, home games, and special events.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• Standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 25 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Greet fans and ask questions to enhance their shopping experience.
• Make product recommendations based on observations and conversations.
• Process sales transactions using the Fanatics POS system.
• Maintain the highest standards of professionalism and customer service to positively represent the Fanatics Brand.
• Support brand and team/league representation and perform additional duties as directed by management.
