Job summary

You will participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram updates, and support omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS. The position emphasizes customer service experience, ability to follow SOPs, and cross-training in Custom Framing.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on rewards programs and private label credit card enrollments
• Educate customers on Voice of Customer (VOC) surveys
• Assist with Omni channel processes including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POG) updates
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise returns process to keep in-stock shelves
• Support Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Assist with shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies; promote company vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
