Job summary

Michaels Stores in Burnsville, MN is hiring for a team member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure fast checkout experience. You will participate in unloading trucks, stocking, and maintaining in-store appearance while supporting omnichannel processes like BOPIS and SFS.

Ideal candidates have retail or customer service experience and are able to meet physical requirements and work nights, weekends, and early mornings as needed.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Applicants in the U.S. must satisfy federal, state, and local legal requirements.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly customer service, help customers shop our store, and find what they're looking for.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on the Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and complete enrollments.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Maintain in-stock store and complete merchandise recovery; support store recovery to remain well-merchandised.
