Job summary

Michaels is hiring at the Pitt-Frazer/Pittsburgh Mills store in PA to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers, and ensure fast, accurate checkout. You’ll assist with truck unloading, stocking, and keeping the floor well-merchandised.

You’ll engage customers with Rewards and Private Label Credit Card programs, participate in omnichannel tasks like Buy Online Pickup In Store and Ship From Store, and support store recovery and safety programs to meet our Brand Promises.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards and enroll them
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes (BOPIS, SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Maintain store recovery and merchandise stock; complete return/go back process
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and Company policies
• Interact respectfully and model company values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
