Job summary

Michaels in Pittsburgh's North Hills area is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to assist shoppers, operate the register, and support in-store promotions. You will help customers locate products, enroll them in rewards programs, and participate in stocking, merchandising, and POS activities.

The role involves standing for long periods and occasional lifting, with opportunities for growth in a dynamic retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Experience with in-store promotions and loyalty programs is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers in locating products and answering questions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout experience and process transactions.
• Enrolling customers in Rewards program and Private Label Credit Card options.
• Support store merchandising, stock replenishment, and planogram execution.
• Participate in omni-channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Maintain store cleanliness and recover merchandise as needed.
