Job summary

Michaels Stores in Canada is seeking a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find items, and ensure a fast, friendly checkout. You will complete truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties to keep the store well merchandised and in stock.

The role includes supporting Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, engaging customers on rewards programs, following SOPs, and partnering with teammates to maintain safety and shrink

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn product location and stocking processes.
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast, friendly checkout and perform cash handling to standards.
• Engage customers on rewards programs and enroll them when appropriate.
• Support Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram duties.
• Maintain in-stock conditions and merchandise recovery.
• Follow SOPs and company programs; interact respectfully with customers and teammates.
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production.
