Job summary

Michaels in Fort Collins, CO is hiring for a Store Associate to deliver friendly customer service, guide shoppers to products, and ensure a smooth checkout experience. You will participate in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining a well-merchandised, in-stock store while supporting omnichannel processes such as BOPIS and SFS.

Responsibilities include assisting customers, enrolling them in Rewards and Private Label Credit programs, and following SOPs to uphold brand standards.

Qualifications

• Retail and/or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide them with solutions
• Provide fast checkout and cash handling to standards
• Engage customers on the Rewards program enrollments
• Educate customers on the Voice of Customer (VOC) survey
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS)
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes
• Responsible for merchandise recovery and maintenance including returns
• Perform Store In Stock Optimization (SISO) and AD set duties
• Support shrink and safety programs
• Adhere to SOPs and company policies
• Interact respectfully and promote the organization's vision and values
• Cross trained in Custom Framing selling and production
