Job summary

Michaels stores are seeking team members to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and ensure a fast checkout experience in a climate-controlled retail setting. You will be involved in truck unloading, stocking, and maintaining in-stock merchandise across the sales floor.

The role supports omnichannel operations like Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store, with cross-training in framing services. Evening and weekend availability is often required.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and move throughout the store.
• Cash handling to standards and fast, friendly checkout.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions.
• Execute fast and friendly checkout with cash handling to standards.
• Promote Rewards program and Private Label Credit Cards, enrolling customers.
• Assist with Omni channel processes including BOPIS and SFS.
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram compliance.
• Maintain store recovery and in-stock conditions; support shrink and safety programs.
