Job summary

The TJX Companies, Inc. – HomeGoods in Atlanta, GA is seeking a Sales Associate to deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, maintain a clean store, and support merchandising and loss prevention standards. You will ring up purchases, promote credit/loyalty programs, and assist in store recovery.

The role requires excellent customer service, strong communication, multitasking, and adaptability. Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers
• Support a positive store culture with honesty, integrity and respect
• Accurately ring customer purchases/returns and count change
• Promote credit and loyalty programs
• Maintain merchandising standards and procedures
• Prepare merchandise for the sales floor per procedures
• Participate in store recovery and cleanliness
• Contribute to safety and loss prevention efforts
• Support and participate in shrink reduction programs
• Perform other duties as assigned
