Responsibilities

• Model and deliver exceptional customer service to all customers.
• Support and uphold store culture with honesty, integrity, and respect.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change per SOP.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and floor presentation.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participate in store recovery and upkeep of cleanliness and order.
• Support safety programs and loss prevention initiatives.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
