Job summary

The Michaels Stores Otsego, MN store is hiring a Store Team Member to deliver friendly customer service, help shoppers find products, and process fast checkout.

You will participate in truck unloads, stocking, and planogram maintenance, assist with omnichannel orders like BOPIS and SFS, and support store recovery and safety programs. Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help customers shop, locate products, and provide solutions.
• Provide a fast and friendly checkout experience; execute cash handling to standards.
• Assist with Omni channel processes, including Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS).
• Participate in truck unload, stocking, and planogram (POGs) processes.
• Support store recovery and maintenance, including merchandise return/go-back processes and maintaining in-stock conditions.
• Adhere to SOPs and company programs to ensure compliance with laws and policies.
