Job summary

Vail Resorts in Wisconsin's mountain region is seeking a friendly Retail Associate for our snowboard shop team. This winter seasonal role focuses on helping guests find the right gear and delivering exceptional service in a fast-paced, mountain environment.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr with a rolling application cycle and eligibility for free passes, employee discounts, and training opportunities through Epic Service.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service by engaging with guests and understanding their needs.
• Help guests find the right snowboard gear and apparel for their adventures.
• Share product knowledge and technical expertise to ensure customers make informed decisions.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards and keep the sales floor clean and organized.
• May include other duties such as cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Retail Associate to join our snowboard shop team. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes snowboarding and enjoys helping customers find the right gear for their mountain adventures.

Job Specifications

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
