Vail Resorts is hiring for Winter Seasonal positions in the Lewisberry, PA area, including Retail Associate roles. No experience required; we provide training to outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear and deliver superb customer service.

Starting wage is $20.00 per hour, with full-time hours available. Roles may include cashiering, rentals, or assisting other departments; flexibility for nights, holidays, and weekends is required.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

Resort Activities

Retail Rental operations

Food and Beverage Support

Ticket sales or scanning

Lift Operations

Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
