Vail Resorts in Dover, Vermont is looking for an enthusiastic Retail Associate to join our snowboard shop team for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. If you love snowboarding and helping guests find the right gear, this is the place to start or grow your career on the mountain. Job Specifications:

Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027

Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available

Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

Job Responsibilities:

Job Requirements:

• Ability to work a flexible schedule; including weekend and holidays.
• Passion for snowboarding, mountain culture, or an interest in learning about snowboard equipment, brands, and technology
• Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment for extended periods

The expected pay range is$20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
