Job summary

Vail Resorts is hiring for a Winter Seasonal Retail Associate. You will help guests with gear and purchases, provide excellent service, and coordinate across departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.

Starting wage ranges from $21.00 to $25.20 per hour. Roles are seasonal for 2026/2027, with housing availability and a strong training program. Fluency in English and flexible scheduling are required.

Job Specifications:

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is$21.00/hr - $25.20/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
