Vail Resorts in Beaver Creek, CO is hiring a Retail Supervisor for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027. The role leads a sales team, drives guest service excellence, and manages store operations. Both full-time and part-time hours are available with on-site work and housing options.

Starting wage ranges from $23.00 to $26.88 per hour, with opportunities for growth and comprehensive employee benefits. Applications rolling until filled.

Qualifications

• Prior snow sport industry experience preferred.
• Fluent spoken and written English required.
• Basic computer skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales, and demonstrate and maintain a professional standard of guest service
• Responsible for opening and closing store
• Evaluate sales trends and create methods for sales growth
• Manage retail and rental inventory control and meet or exceed inventory goals
• Enforce company cash handling policies and procedures, and other loss prevention policies
• Manage sales floor team and rental process
• Act as a mentor who can train and lead a sales team with effective communication
• Provide great customer service to all guests
• Ensure pricing isaccurateand current includingany and allpromotions
• Stocks shelves, counters, or tables with merchandise
• Other duties as assigned

The Retail Supervisoris responsible formaintainingoutstanding customer service as per company standards, generating sales, merchandising, and safeguarding company assets. Acts as store department lead andhelpsensure the departmenthadappropriate inventorylevels.

Job Requirements:

Previoussnow sport industry experience -preferred

Ability to communicate fluently with co-workers and guests inaccuratespoken and written English -required

Ability tomaintaina working knowledge of products and trends within the industry

Commitment to exceptional customer service

Must be able to lift up to 25 lbs

The expected pay range is$23.00/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
