Job summary

Northstar California Resort is seeking a Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 period in Truckee, CA. No prior experience is required, and training will be provided to help you assist guests with gear and services for an unforgettable outdoor experience.

This role offers flexible hours and a strong benefits package. You will provide guest service and product knowledge, outfit guests with the latest outdoor gear, and collaborate with teammates to maintain safety standards.

• Starting Wage: $20.00/hr

• Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
