Beaver Creek Ski Resort is seeking an Advanced Retail Associate for the Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 in Beaver Creek, CO. You will help guests with gear, manage sales, and share product knowledge to enhance their mountain experience.

• Greet every guest, understand their needs, and provide exceptional customer service
• Accurate and efficient processing of all retail sales

• Maintain excellent store visual standards by continually straightening, folding, and restocking merchandise
• Follow all company standards in regards to safety protocols and standard operating procedures
• Understand and follow both Vail Resorts’ and Patagonia’s environmental principles

The expected pay range is$21.50/hr - $26.88/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
