Job summary

Vail Resorts in Park City, UT seeks a Retail Associate for a winter season role with the best benefits package in the industry. You’ll be trained to assist guests with gear and services for an exceptional outdoor experience, with no prior experience required.

Starting wage is $20.00/hr. This winter seasonal position offers full/part-time shifts, housing available, and opportunities to grow through Epic Service training.

Qualifications

• Excellent guest service commitment.
• Able to work a flexible schedule including nights, holidays and weekends.
• Able to stand and move in an active, team-oriented environment.
• Must be able to communicate fluently in English.

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations

The expected pay range is $20.00/hr. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
