Job summary

Vail Resorts in Crested Butte, Colorado, is seeking a flexible Retail Associate to join our mountain shop team. You will help guests find and fit the latest outdoor gear, learn on the job, and contribute to a welcoming shopping experience.

This role offers a starting wage of $20.00 per hour, part-time hours with summer seasonal 2026 scheduling, and opportunities to advance through training. Qualified applicants should enjoy teamwork, strong customer service, and speaking English fluently.

Job Specifications

Role

A Retail Associate is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles which could include one of the following:

• Resort Activities
• Retail Rental operations
• Food and Beverage Support
• Ticket sales or scanning
• Lift Operations
• Base Area Operations
