Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent guest service at one of our retail shops.
• Fit guests with equipment — we’ll train you!
• Explain to guests how to operate rental equipment, safety practices, and rental terms and return options.
• Work with teammates to maintain safety standards.
• May include cashiering or retail sales duties.

Job Summary

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world‑class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.

Job Specifications

• Work together with teammates to maintain safety standards
