Vail Resorts is seeking seasonal Rental Associates for the 2026/2027 winter season in Crested Butte, CO. Starting wage is $20 per hour with full-time and part-time hours available, housing may be provided, and employment is seasonal.

Rental associates are responsible for generating sales through world‑class guest service, assisting customers with rental equipment, and providing our guests with gear and services for the ultimate outdoor experience.
A rental associate team member is a flexible employee who often works across multiple departments and in various roles to support the one resort mentality. Potential duties can include mountain activities, retail rental operations, food and beverage support, ticket sales or scanning, lift operations, or base area operations.
The expected pay range is $20 per hour. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position; individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
